Off the cuff.

“Guilty” or “Not guilty”..amazing how just leaving out one word “NOT” can mean a life time of imprisonment or a life time of freedom,  the same with God’s word,,leave out even just one word and it can mean the difference between eternal salvation and being eternally lost.…

Doctrine: One or Many?

Today I’d like to start my article with the punch line. Ephesians 4:5 says: One Lord, one faith, one baptism, John 14:6 says: Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. 1 Timothy 1:3 says: As I besought thee to abide still at Ephesus, when I went into Macedonia, that thou mightest charge some that they teach no other doctrine. These are just some of the Scriptures make it clear that there is only a single doctrine that is acceptable in God’s eyes.…

“Recipe” For Salvation

            In an effort to save money and be healthier, my wife Ruth and I have begun planning out meals that we can eat at home rather than eating out.  Part of this process has involved us finding recipes that are healthy, inexpensive, and delicious.  Here is one of our recent favorites quickie-fruit-salad.  As a result, we have been able to locate many wonderful recipes that we have decided to make more than once as well as share with our friends and family.
