BUCKET LIST
There was a movie out a few months ago called “Bucket List”, movie about things in life you want to do before you pass on or die if you will., I haven’t seen it yet, must be at the bottom of my bucket, Ricky Nelson had a popular song in the early 60″s called MY BUCKET HAS A HOLE IN IT, some of you older folks might recall it. Many things in life I would like to do or see, time premitting like go white water rafing again, see as many covered bridges as I can, see really big ocean waves like the ones off the coast of Austria or Hawii, see my grand-children grow up and become christians, wonder why most of out Bucket list don’t include seek and save that which was lost as Luke 19:10 states, Makes me think Jesus ‘s bucket list was always about us and what he could do for man-kind, maybe we need to check whats in our “bucket” more often or maybe our bucket has a hole in it and some of the good things we should do leaks out.
