The story of Legion is one of two places recorded where Jesus was asked to leave. He also makes an exception to His usual request of having one he heals remain silent. Chapter 5 is typical of Mark’s style of recounting a story during the recounting of a story. In this case the story about the woman with a blood disease was told in the middle of Jesus going to raise the daughter of Jairus from the dead.
