Chapter 13 foretells the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple and His second coming.

This difficult passage requires more work on my part to properly summarize in the format we are using on the daily reading. I will refer you back to it as I complete the study of Mark so that we have a good reference at our disposal. For today read the passage and consider how denominational groups bend these passages for their own use. This is a favorite passage for lifting verses to suit a premillenial doctrine.
