The final trial and occurs and Jesus is nailed to the cross. Pilate seems to taunt the Jews with his inscription “The King of the Jews.” Jesus dies quickly and avoids having his legs broken to speed up the process in observance of the Passover. Joseph of Arimathaea and Nicodemus take care of burial arrangements.
