The leadership at the Dale Ridge Church consist of two elders, a group of deacons and a preacher. The links below introduce you to these respective men.
Elders
Two men (Danny Sprouse and Butch Adams) serve as the Dale Ridge Church elders. Their work is to oversee all church programs and minister to individuals as needed. Their qualifications and duties are based upon Biblical teachings and examples. (1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9 and Acts 14:23. Duties: Acts 20:28, 1 Timothy 5:17, 1 Peter 5:3 )

Deacons
Individuals who manage the day-to-day tasks in the respective programs are designated as deacons. The qualifications and duties are based upon Biblical teachings and examples. (1 Timothy 3:8-13. Duties: Acts 6:1-6)

Preacher
Michael Carter serves as the preacher for the Dale Ridge Church. His major role is filling the pulpit and ministering to youth and families. He is a regular instructor in classes and serves as advisor/counselor as needed. His qualifications and duties are based upon Biblical teachings and examples such as those found in 2 Timothy 4:1-5, Ephesians 4;11-15 and 1 Timothy 4:6-7.
